Slow Cooker Ham
For Thanksgiving I volunteered to make the ham for our family dinner, mostly because I had found a recipe on Pinterest that I wanted to try.
It was quite possibly the best ham that I have ever had. My family loved it so much there there was absolutely NONE left.
While in Charleston, Anne was trying to decide what to make for Easter and I told her about this recipe. I promised I would post it, so that she could try it out. So here it is....
Ingredients
1 Ham, pre-cooked, bone-in, spiral cut
3 Cups of brown sugar
1 Can of pineapple tidbits, undrained
Directions
Cover the bottom of the crock pot with brown sugar
Place the ham on top of the brown sugar and add the pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle hame with more brown sugar.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (I cooked overnight).
