1 month and counting!!!

Image
As off today we are officially one month away from Dudley Field Trip 2013. We plan to leave on May 22 and we return home on June 10.  I keep telling myself that we still have a while until we leave, but as it gets closer and the to do list gets longer, I am starting to realize that this trip is actually going to happen.   We got the tent....Daniel made me help him set it up in the back yard.  He still thinks we are going to sleep in it, in the backyard, before we leave.  I am thinking Bear and him can sleep in it, while I sleep inside. Not only do we have the tent, I now have the gear.  I am officially outfitted with hiking pants, a backpack, and a head lamp.  I already had hiking shoes (that I have never worn).  I am pretty scared that it is going to be cold and snowy while we are out there.  Hopefully we can make it through this trip without killing each other :)
